(1) How Dual Camera Collects and Uses Your Information, Including Personal Information

Personal information means any information recorded electronically or otherwise that can identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person, either by itself or in combination with other information. Sensitive personal information includes biometric information (such as fingerprints, facial features, and voiceprints), identity document numbers, bank account details, property information, transaction information, and precise location information.

We collect and use your information only for the purposes listed in this Policy:

1. Scope

1.1 Information Collected and Used by Dual Camera

Mobile phone number: The App collects the mobile phone number that a user voluntarily provides when linking a phone number.

Device information: The App collects the device model, operating system version, device configuration, and similar information for version optimization. The App also collects the IMEI, MAC address, IDFA, Android ID, and OAID for user statistics.

Dual Camera may obtain users' personal data from business partners through lawful channels.

You understand and agree that this Privacy Policy does not apply to the following information:

Keywords you enter when using search services provided by the Dual Camera platform;

Violations of laws or Dual Camera rules and the measures Dual Camera has taken against you.

1.2 Permissions Requested by Dual Camera

Read device information: IMEI, MAC address, IDFA, Android ID, and OAID may be used as the basis for generating an account, allowing users to access all services without registering.

Read and write external storage: You may need to enable storage permission when importing from your photo library or saving content to your local photo library. If you do not enable this permission, you will be unable to use the relevant features, but other services will remain available.

Network access: A network connection is required when retrieving account information. If you do not enable this permission, you will be unable to use the relevant features.

2. Use of Information

Dual Camera will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information with any unrelated third party without your prior consent, unless that third party and Dual Camera, including its affiliates, provide services to you separately or jointly. After those services end, the third party will be prohibited from accessing all such information, including information it previously had access to.

Dual Camera also prohibits any third party from collecting, editing, selling, or distributing your personal information free of charge by any means. If any user of the Dual Camera platform engages in such activities, Dual Camera may immediately terminate its service agreement with that user.

3. Disclosure of Information

Dual Camera may disclose all or part of your personal information in the following circumstances, in accordance with your wishes or as required by law:

To a third party with your prior consent;

When sharing your personal information with a third party is necessary to provide products or services you requested;

To a third party or an administrative or judicial authority in accordance with applicable law or at the request of an administrative or judicial authority;

When you violate applicable Chinese laws or regulations, the Dual Camera Service Agreement, or related rules and disclosure to a third party is necessary;

If you are a qualified intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, to the respondent at the respondent's request so that both parties can address a potential rights dispute;

For a transaction created on the Dual Camera platform, if either party has performed all or part of its obligations and requests disclosure, Dual Camera may decide to provide that user with necessary information, such as the counterparty's contact details, to facilitate completion of the transaction or resolution of a dispute;

Other disclosures that Dual Camera considers appropriate under laws, regulations, or website policies.

4. Use of Cookies

If you have not refused cookies, Dual Camera may set or access cookies on your computer so that you can sign in to or use Dual Camera platform services or features that depend on cookies.

You may accept or reject cookies. You can reject cookies by changing your browser settings. However, if you reject cookies, you may be unable to sign in to or use Dual Camera online services or features that depend on cookies.

Information obtained through cookies set by Dual Camera is governed by this Policy.

5. Information Security

Dual Camera accounts include security protection features. Please keep your username and password secure. Dual Camera uses security measures such as password encryption to protect your information against loss, misuse, and alteration. Despite these security measures, please note that no security measure on an information network is perfect.

When conducting online transactions through Dual Camera online services, you may inevitably disclose personal information, such as contact details or a postal address, to a transaction counterparty or potential counterparty. Please protect your personal information and provide it to others only when necessary. If you discover that your personal information has been compromised, especially your Dual Camera username or password, please contact Dual Camera Customer Service immediately so that Dual Camera can take appropriate action.

6. Account Deletion

To delete your account, open the App, tap "Settings" in the lower-right corner, and then tap "Delete Account." After you confirm deletion, all information stored on our servers, including your account and membership information, will be deleted immediately and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

(2) Retention Policy and Data Storage

We retain the personal information described above for the period necessary to comply with laws and regulations and to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. After that period, we will no longer retain the personal information or will anonymize it.

2-1. Data Storage Location

Personal information collected and generated through this product and its services will be stored within the People's Republic of China.

2-2. Data Retention Period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. After the retention period ends, we will delete or anonymize your personal information unless otherwise required by laws or regulations.

In the Dual Camera App, your personal data is retained as follows: we collect pseudonymized device identifiers, location information, mobile network codes, and mobile country codes, and retain this data for at least six months.

If we discontinue any product or service, we will notify you through a push notification, announcement, or similar method and will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.
